Moving from power steering to manual
i wouldnt do it , its too complex for a late model truck as yours:
there is a sensor on the gearbox, that sends a signal to the eec to advance the timming, when the power steering pump is putting a load on the truck, if this is done way with the engine will not run right, the brakes have a simular sensor like this too.
(late model trucks, 92 and up)

Not all trucks have a Power Steering Pressure Switch (PSPS), mostly they are just on the 1987-1990 4.9 and 5.0 liters and the 1993 5.0 liters with a manual transmission, If you have one it will be mounted into one of the power steering lines. If your truck does have one Don't bother with the change, Motorcraftsman is right it will make your truck run like crap. The Brake On Off switch (BOO) is mostly in trucks with the E4OD trans. Part of it's job is to tell the EEC when you apply the brakes to unlock the converter. Just out of curiosity why would you want to change from power to manual? I have seen lots of swaps in the other direction though.
