tune up specs for a 69 460
What are the dwell settings for a 69 460 c9ve.Also what is the proper timing setting.If anyone knows for sure please let me know thanks

24-30 degrees on the dwell, the timing depends on what else ya got going on it, start 4 degrees behind. Usually a good starting point for me.

Factory timing is 14 degrees before TDC on initial. 20-22 from the distributor advance. Old distributors generally need new advance springs and often new vacuum canisters.
