The one on the right is for an early model 6.0, 2003. The one of the left is for a late model 6.0. with wavy oil rails.
So YES, WRONG ONE.

If the tubes are fine and you want to just replace the orings, there is a guy that offers a kit that seems decent but I have no personal experience with using his kit. Here's a link to eBay.

As far as I know Ford doesn't sell the orings alone, just the assembly like I listed above.
Best of luck to you finding them quick.

Of course ford won't sell just the orings, there's no profit in that...

Another quick question. Can someone tell me how to just take the plastic cover off the heater box so I can get the passenger head off the truck. I don't want to evacuate the refrigerant. Thanks again!

Did you consider removing the driver side motor mount and then lowering the engine down on the frame? This will rotate the engine towards the drivers side to give access. I've also heard of people loosening body mounts on one side and removing the bolts on the other. Then jack it up 3 inches and you'll have enough room.
But for the plastic hvac, just go around the perimeter and remove the screws. I'll see if I can find an illustration of the box for where all the screws are.

10 screws on the cover. Here's a write up on doing heads with cab on and some pics.

On the 03s should you update these stand pipes like the 05+ models?

On a 14+ year old engine, if I'm taking it apart I'm replacing any seals I can while I'm in there. I would use that kit I posted above. The hard parts are the same and as long as they weren't twisted from removal I'd reuse them with new orings.
