This is what my 52 looks like and how it is wired to the stock switch. Sorry I can't give dimensions as it's installed.

Windshield wiper mount

eberf
Sorry it took me so long to post a reply. Got busy then had to dig my wiper assembly out of the box.

I took measurements of the assembly mount brackets. If I understand your request correctly, this should be what you are looking for.

My 51 F1 had electric wipers like the one in Scotty's photos. I modified mine to operate with a wiper motor from a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. Works well.

Here are the measurements and photos.
Hope this helps.

Wiper mount

The original mount is the one in the photos and drawing.
I made a new mount for the Jeep motor and bolted it to the original mount.

You did a really great job on that Jeep motor mod. Thanks for documenting it!

Wiper motor mount

Thanks Scott

Before I started working on my 51 F1, I wasn't a fabricator. Now I are one.

I have had to fabricate quite a few items - fun though - especially when it works when I am done.

Does the Jeep crank oscillate or go 360 around?

I think your drawing should say 5/16" (maybe even 5/32?), instead of 5/8" thick steel?

Wiper mount

Yes, the wiper arm on the Jeep motor oscillates 360 degrees.

Your right, the 5/8 isn't the metal thickness but the width of the bottom portion of the bracket.

The bracket is thick sheet metal that looks like Ford stamped it in a press as the sides and bottom are folded at 90 degree angles.

This is hard to describe- sorry for the confusion. As they say a picture is worth a thousand words.

Thanks
Dan
