Torque Specs?
I have 2004 Ford f150 4x4 Supercrew. 5.4. Was wondering if anyone was able to get the information on torque specs for the oil filter adapter? Thank you so much, your time is appreciated
Edit: By the way, I torqued them pretty tight by hand without a torque wrench, if I went over the torque required, will it mess anything up if I loosen it up? I think I went over...

TORQUE Specs page
I found the ATTACHED page online and it has lots of useful torque specs for our truck consolidated in one page. It doesn't have everything, but I notice it has the one you're looking for.
EDIT:
I think what I would do is NOT loosen them any if I had overtorqued them - and they didn't break. I would use the torque wrench to tighten until it clicked - and STOP. If they are tighter than that - I'd just leave them alone. If you torqued them to yield - you would not be any better off loosening them now.
