Camber Issue 93 F-150

Personally, I would ditch the spacers and live with the radius arm rubbing. That has never really caused a problem on any of these trucks that I've seen. The spacers cause excessive wear on wheel bearings and ball joints. Was there a camber problem before installing the spacers? If the camber was slightly off before, it could be more exaggerated with the spacers. They're also a safety hazard.

No, but it's magnifying the problem...which is that your front end likely needs rebuilt with new ball joints, and quite possibly tie rod ends. While at it, replace the camber bushings and axle u-joints. Rims with a different offset allow you to ditch the spacers, which are a known weak point.
I rebuilt my front end over a period of 4 days in 2009, working each evening after work. If you can follow a Haynes manual, you can replace the parts on your own rather inexpensively. Brute strength and determination are key when tackling this job...so is having the right tools, which can be rented at any of the box auto parts stores.
