Welcome to FTE. That is a great looking truck. And thanks for all the great pictures. I'm sure that your Dad will be very happy.
If you decide to fix the floor make sure that you pull the floor mats up on both sides and inspect it carefully. Don't be afraid to poke around with a sharp awl to make sure that the other side and/or the rear isn't about to rust through.
If you only need one side Northern Classic Trucks stamp their own panels and maintain their dies quite well.
But if you need both sides in the front then Mac's makes a single piece:
Ford - F-1/F-2 Truck Complete Front Floor Pan, 1948-1952 - Macs Auto Parts
And if you find that you need the rear also then Dennis Carpenter sells the entire floorpan as one piece Ford - F-1/F-2 Truck Complete Front Floor Pan, 1948-1952 - Macs Auto Parts

Nice truck. I like the larger pickups, the F-2 and F-3 trucks, it is good to see another one in in nice shape. Welcome to the forum.
I paid more than you did for a truck with a sorry motor but decent rust free metal.
When you get to driving you will almost certainly discover that your truck isn't too happy to cruise much over 45 miles per hour. This is due to the tractor like 4.86 gears in the rear end. If you are luckier than all other members of this forum you may find you have 4.11 gears. If you are like the rest of us with 4.86 axles and want to go faster there are some options.
Here is a picture of my truck for reference:
