Possible to install factory navigatoin into '11 SD? Many problems with standard radio!

I have a 2011 F250 with the standard single CD player head unit with Sync. Is it possible to buy the factory Ford navigation unit and install it into my truck?

I ask, because I'm having a lot of problems with the factory unit, and the dealership can't track down the issue. They have installed 2 new ACM's and both have failed after the original failed (3 total). I was told that the part number for the ACM on the 2011's was only for that one model year and they can no longer get it, so they installed a different ACM that is for a 2014-2016 truck that was supposed to be backwards compatible, but alas it is not. As far as I know, they uploaded everything to the Ford engineers and are still waiting to hear back from them They had the truck 6 days last week, I had it for Labor day weekend (without it working properly) then dropped it back off on Tuesday where they'll have it for another 6 days this coming Monday. I'm growing very frustrated with this and am wondering if I'm the only one with this problem in my truck?

The issue I've been having is that the entire Left side speakers will shut off intermittanly and then come back on when I crank the volume. Furthermore, the Sync/MP3 port will no longer work, the volume controls on the steering wheel do not work, and the voice guidance prompts and phone do not work (I know it's connecting to my phone because the display says it is, yet nothing comes out of the speakers).

The truck is still under the extended Ford warranty for the next 2,500 miles, so I need this fixed for good right now. After 3 head units (ACM's) and the possibility of putting in a 4th, would it be possible to just install the factory navigation head unit instead and stay away from the possibility of another standard head unit failing yet again? If this is possible, do you think Ford would take care of me on this? Even if I paid some of the difference in price?
