Are you hearing the GP relay click when you turn the key to RUN?

 

No I don't here anything

 

Dose anyone else have any idea

 

WTS light not coming on needs to be figured out and you need to get a scanner to find out more info or we can keep guessing about $1000s in parts that might not be needed

 

Scanner / data reader is a good idea in any event, but it may not help here. If there's no WTS, the PCM may not be getting power, or may be baked. In which case the scanner won't light up. Still worth a try.

Other thing that will really help you is an EVTM. Then start checking things like continuity of the main PCM power / ground wires, main power at the PCM connector itself, etc.

 

I get power at the pcm checked all the grounds that I could fined an they checked out good checked ever plug and I get 05.00 but at the Val cover gasket plug and checked every fuels and only to don't get power number 10 in the cab and the other one is under the hood for got the number but it's the last one in the middle row. And when I put the chip in I undid the battery's but when I took it out I just pulled it out it quit starting ever since I put the chip in and when I took it out and to try and start it agin I blew a hole in the hpop line

 

So I put the truck in the shop and they can't figure it out they evern had ford come over to put there code reader on it and can't pull any codes and they put a new brain in it and still no start

 

Oh man, that doesn't sound good. I am guessing it's something simple, but gotta find it.
