it's a 2003 F350 4x2 CCLB 5.4L. It's not mine. It's a old state pickup with over 200,000 miles on it. From what I'm told it's drives like it's stuck in second gear. He pulled a load of hay with it for quite a few miles, and than it started acting up. But I think he might have heated the trans up some because he was pulling at 70-75 mph.

I was thinking of popping the pan off and looking at the valve body's to see what's what if that's a good place to start.

what transmission is in it ? 4R70W or 4R100?

from the codes that are stored, I am guessing there is an electrical problem and the solenoids are not getting power (blown fuse, shorted/damaged harness, etc)

If its a 4R100 trans, its possible the solenoid block has failed.

It's a 4R100 I'm almost certain

Thanks. I was kinda thinking solenoid pack but was hoping someone has had this issue b4 and could verify before I pull parts and replace them.
