4R70W Trans in Limp Mode

2000 E250
4.2L 6cyl
4R70w Trans
124k miles
Trans was shifting hard. Pulled code P1747 (EPC Solenoid)
Drove approx 40 miles
Rechecked codes.
Pulled codes:
P0750 SSA
P0755 SSB
P0743 TCC
P1747 EPC

I drained sytem ( including TC )
Replaced EPC Solenoid
Changed filter and refilled fluid.

Now the trans is stuck in 2nd gear. Limp mode?
I checked for voltage at solenoid wire harness ( tested at 11.88 volts )
Battery is testing at 12 volts with good ground.
Checked fuses and relay ( all good )
Any help is appreciated.

Limp mode is fourth gear, not second.

With all the codes you have I suspect a damaged wiring harness.

New fluid won't help this one. It needs professional help.

so which wiring harness would that be, internal or external? Or maybe both?

My guess is the external harness. Diagnostics will pinpoint if it is internal, external, or both.

thanks disconnected the harness from the tranny and the pcm, seems to be clogged with fluid. I appreciate the reply!
