Hello all.


I have a 2009 F250 with the 6.4 and today on the way to work it would not shift into 6th gear. This is the first time I have experienced this issue so it caught be off guard. Truck has 134,xxx miles on it and I purchased it with 116,xxx miles back in January. I am hoping to get this thing home and then try to look into it. Any suggestions for a starting point?

A good starting point is to read the codes. If it didn't shift into sixth gear there should be one or more codes stored.
