Trailer has running lights but no turn signal or brake lights

2013 F250 XL with factory towing package.

My camper and boat trailer do not have turning signal or brake lights when plugged into the round seven pin trailer connector. I have tried both the connector in the bed and under the bumper. I've also connected the trailers to other trucks and the lights work fine so I know the problem is in my truck.

Thoughts?

Yep. I don't know the fuse number, but mine did the same thing (mine was a 2003, so fuse may have changed anyway). You'll see it when you look through the owners manual.

Can't be a fuse or relay given that his truck works with other trailers.

Have you taken a voltmeter or test light and checked for at each plug to see if you get the brake or turn signal voltage or light the test lamp? You need to do some investigation. Got to parts house and buy a test lamp or go to Harbor Freight and get a cheap voltmeter.

No one can guess you fix without more input at to suggest a fix.

Advance or any comparable parts house has the seven pin tester you simply plug in and it reads all the pins. A cheap no brainer that is an essential for folks who tow.

Fuse F100 (25 amps) is for trailer turn signals on the 2013 F250

But, if the truck works on other trailers that rules out all fuses and relays, otherwise the truck would not work with other trailers. This is a connection issue between the truck and the trailer. There are no other possibilities.

I just saw that the op started this thread months ago, so he probably already resolved this. But, the way I understand his post "I've also connected the trailers to other trucks and the lights work fine". He did not say other trailers worked with his truck, but rather his trailers worked with other trucks.
