well i had some weird stuff happen when i pluged in the plc pigtail a little bit ago.first the middle contact of the fuel relay lit up even though theirs nothing on that at all and when i was testing the fuel pump relay if i made contact it would make a buzz and the check engine light would come on.And the grounds lit up.but when i unpluged the pig tail the fuel relay went back to normal

 

Alright, you've lost me. PLC pig tail? Made contact on what?

 

I am sorry i meant the middle contact for the fuel pump relay
