How would I go about measuring the source voltage to the injectors?
Thanks RB
I just checked this and my meter shows around 4.3 to 4.5 volts.
I have the meter set on the 200 volts dc setting.

Should there be dc voltage on the 2 pins next to the center common, they actually hook to the injectors don't they?

Thanks RB

Center pin to ground. The meter can't see the rapid firing of 110 v.

I'm going to try this on mine in a few minutes.

Let me know what you find out please.

the readings I put in the post was the center (female) on the plug where it plugs into the VCG to ground.
Thanks RB

Well I have ohmed out the L&R bank power feed to all the injectors, they were 3.2 or 3.3 ohms. The range is 2.8 to 3.6 ohms
L&R bank power feed to IDM ground circuit it was open.
L&R bank power feed to injector ground shield it was open.

So at this point I would think it is the IDM?
Thanks RB

Shouldn't you be checking voltages, not ohms on power to ground measurements?

glad you are up and running again

I used a meter on my UVCH while truck was running and cant see the 110v as it is isolated to ground but when using meter across the coil output I could only see the pulses but not measure it. an oscilloscope could be used but not many have one of those. I might go dig mine out just for fun some night
