Lifting higher

Hey guys I currently have a 4 inch bds all spring kit with dual front shocks on my 03 6.0 and I'm wanting to go higher
I've been considering adding the icon 4.5 inch hanger system but I'm not sure if it has the right components for 8.5 inches of total lift
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated

Unless you know what you are doing with driveline and suspension geometry you will be in for a mess. You might be in for either a high angle from driveshaft or t-case index ring. At minimum you need to address the driveshaft angles and get all of that in check. If you know how to do it there's just some work ahead. If not you'll have some money flowing ahead.

Buy a new 8" complete kit, install that and then sell your old system

I'm trying to avoid getting 8" springs if at all possible to preserve the ride that comes with the 4" kit I have on currently

Unless you know exactly what you are doing, this is the best advice you will see.

On that note what all as drive line and geometry goes along with an 8" lift
