Update................... Thanks everyone for the help. Dropped the tank because I broke 3 torx bits trying to lift bed( I was not successful in getting any out). In checking the wires on the body side It looks like I have a problem with mice chewing on my wires where the 2 wires came out of harness. Chewed through both wires. After fixing wires and draining 15 gal of diesel out of tank to make it easier to reinstall the tank. I went ahead and harpooned the tank. Put it all back together and headed to gas station and topped it off with 19 gallons. 34 gallons total in the tank I can get use to........and it didn't take 20 min to fill. LOL Thanks again for all your help.
