Does anyone know if there is a way to clean the injectors (professionally) without having to remove the injectors? I don't mind paying a bit more if I don't have to remove the injectors.

Thanks rla2005 I appreciate the link. I will give that a shot if I can't find a repair/service shop that can do it. I would rather a professional service shop do it. But, if not I will try what the link shows.
This has been a lot of good info.

I will be bringing the truck in to a Ford dealer. They will do the three step system and hopefully that will help with the issue. While I am there I am going to buy a fuel pressure regulator and Temp sensor for the computer.
Ford is charging $129.00 for the cleaning and I will have them change the oil as well.
Wish me luck and I will post on how things go.

The fuel system cleaner appears to have helped if not fixed the issue. I used my truck all weekend and no hard start problem. It sat from 1 hour to 6 hours and no issue.
The mechanic (Older Fellow) said that I should change the Coolant temp sensor also. He said back in the day that the temp sensor would also cause a starting issue. I wanted to buy one at the Ford dealer ship but the guy behind the counter didn't seem to know what his job was (finding parts) and couldn't find the correct sensor.
The mechanic said I need the sensor that sends the signal to the computer, so don't buy the sending unit.
Looking at Rockauto I can see the confusion. Does anyone know what sensor I need? There are tons of sensors out there.

Is there a code for a sensor out of range? I would not throw parts at this. Many aftermarket parts suffer from poor quality control.

Use a DVM to verify if yours is reading correctly: Engine Coolant Temperature sensor

No trouble codes are being thrown. The tester continues with 111.
You are probably right. The truck seems to be running better, no need to add a part that appears to be working fine.
The only reason I was thinking of changing the sensor is because the poor quality of coolant that was in the truck before I changed it. It was brown and the thermostat didn't look any better. I am not sure if poor quality coolant would cause the sensor to read incorrectly but continue to show not fault codes. I guess I could just pull the ECT out and check its condition.
Thanks again for the info, I really appreciate it.

Does anyone have a part number for the ECT sensor? I seem to be getting different part numbers for the ECT and coolant sending unit.
I would like to order a new one.

Great, I just ordered a Motorcraft part.
Any idea if I need to drain a little coolant before I remove/replace the sensor? It appears to be higher than the radiator but I am not sure.
Thanks for the info.

I didn't drain any, but did lose a little when removing the sensor. Just have some rags and the new one ready to go.
