Rename it something other than ".bin". Some email servers don't like ".e x e" or ".bin" files because of virus or corruption problems. ".jpg" works.

The ones with the copper showing might be worn down a bit much. What I did was get a magnifying glass and a wooden tooth pick and scrape off the gel coating. I then wiped it with rubbing alcohol to get a final good cleaning. If I had not been using the magnifying glass, I would have left a lot of residue on the pins.

Make sure you are cleaning both sides of the contacts.

I figured the copper should not be showing, however my DP tuner chip works fine, it's the hydra I am having a problem with. I was curious if this was the problem

Did you ever try this :

THEFT*LIGHT (on Excursions) - If the theft light flashes rapidly and the vehicle won't start, the Passive Anti-theft system (PATS) will need to be reset. To reset the*PATS, perform the following steps:

Turn the key on, but do not attempt to start the vehicle.Wait for the theft light to quit flashing rapidly. This should take about 45 seconds, after which the THEFT light will flash multiple times about every 3 seconds.Turn the key off and remove the key from the ignition for 30 seconds.Insert the key and turn the ignition to the ON position. The THEFT light should illuminate for about 5 seconds and then go out.PATS*System should now be resetYou should be able to start your vehicle normally.

The THEFT light cannot physically illuminate if the correct module was unplugged.

That white plug...right under the steering column and to the right? Looks like the Baro sensor, doesn't it?

Smile Anti- theft stays OFF

I have a 2004 F250 6.0. The Anti-Theft light never blinks. The truck starts and runs. Just looking for some answers. Thanks Twila

What kind of answers? If your theft light does not blink and it runs you are good
