Need help Identifying Carb

1979 Ford F-150, 302, 2 barrel, standard transmission.

I have a couple of other threads posted with vacuum issues and in the process I am trying to identify my carb. Here is a picture of the tag which shows the code "D8AF" which, from what I look up, stands for:
D = 70's
8 = Specific Year
A = Ford Full Size (not Truck)
F = Engine Accessories category

So it looks like I have a carb off an LTD or something, right? That's fine except that is still a 2150 F2 carb and every picture I can find shows a large port on the rear of the carb for the PCV valve. Mine has the port in the front...

There is no large port in the rear, just a small one on the passenger side:

Here is a picture of a 2150. They all have the port on the back:

Any idea why it is different?

Actually, I guess that front port goes into the EGR baseplate?

So, the front port is in the EGR baseplate. Is this an early model 2150 or something?

Ok, so we need to see a picture of the carb to id it. One from front and both sides and top. The part number or date code stamp is on a bracket, so all you know is that bracket has the info you posted.

Let me post what I have so far. I'll take some better ones when I get home.

Thanks.

you're right and here is what was throwing me off...in the picture below, I think I can see the port on the back right of the carb that I thought was missing. I guess what happened is that since they used the EGR baseplate, they capped off the port on the carb and used the one on the front of the EGR baseplate to go to the PCV valve...
