I recently hooked a brand new battery up backwards for a split second and now everything is dead. Truck has been sitting a couple of years but interior lights worked after I hooked the battery up right. Turned the key to crank it an everything stopped working. HELP!!

Welcome to FTE

Check for roasted fusible links in the harness, that's one thing. Auto parts stores sell replacement link by the foot or something like that. Can be an expensive mistake depending, sorry to hear about your trouble.
