I found it, can I keep it?

I was out traveling thru the Redwoods National Park and found this.

I'm sure they won't mind me cleaning up the park!

List it on CL as a "project truck/ratrod"? Would love to find the knucklehead that coined that phrase and punch him in the nose. Can I have the hoist and frame?

what I see here is a one ton (or larger) rig that had a dump bed and was used for target practice

Note the grille and fenders, I saw one of those setups on one that was used during WW2, nice find.
