so the f2 i have is set up for a twin hydraulic lift bed but iam going to restore it to original. iam thinking the farmer cut the end of the frame rails because the last woid cross member is past the frame . the pics are looking up at the bottom of the bed

 

Sounds right it would have to be short enough to clear the back when raised but it looks like he took a little more than necessary .

 

any one, hopefully in florida, have some frame ends?
