Hi-Beam lights will not illuminate when lever is moved forward
I'm currently our of town, and will be so for several months. With that said, my wife told me today that when she pushes the lever forward for the high beams that nothing happens, but when she pulls it to the rear (as if she were only flashing the high beams) they work fine.
I was wondering if anyone has had this issue before and what the fix was. I figured I could either order parts while i'm away or start doing a lot of homework to find possible issues/fixes.
Thanks in advance,

hmm... mine has always worked the following way since I bought it:
Push lever away from you: high beams come on and stay on with the lever staying in the forward position
Pull lever towards you: high beams come on and the turn off as the lever returns to its original position automatically.

Wish I could help more on your problem, just wanted to address the difference in high beam activation on different year trucks before someone else chimed in.

Very interesting, I just had to look up some different year manuals. Looks like in 2010, pushing the lever away turned on the highs, and in 2011+, they changed it to pulling towards you past the detent.

(Also, the cruise control buttons are the two bottom left buttons on the steering wheel on my '13, and the top two left buttons on the '14, again, screwing me up)
Edit: Survey results show that my co-workers vehicles are as follows:
2014 3.7 ExCab STX: Push-pull
2013 Ecoboost SCrew XL: Pull-pull
2012 Ecoboost SCrew XL: Pull-pull
