5.8 351 intake manifold help
1990 F250 5.8 Have a factory service manual incoming and looks pretty st8 forward to take off but wanted to see if are there any bolts that are a pain to get off or is this job a PITA or not too bad. Only been working on Fords for a few years and will be first time with this job. Torques can't imagine are high on any of these. Also anyone use a topside creeper for working on your trucks? For $250 looks nice and tempted to buy one.

Yes the middle pass side bolt(of 6) is a torx and you need a long bit or a 6" long 1/4" drive extension and socket to get at it. The more difficult thing may be the egr tube, they typically corrode pretty badly on the valve and are fairly fragile so you may end up having to replace it, if the big nut on the tube itself doesn't want to move try to remove the two bolts attaching the valve to the intake and then just wire the whole works up to the hood. If you let the tube bend over you will break it, it does have a flex joint in it but it won't flex that much.
