Clutch help

I have a 91 f350 with a 7.3 idi. I can't get the clutch to work.

It has a new master cylinder
New slave cylinder
New line going between the master and slave
New clutch fork.
New clutch and flywheel
I can't get this SOB to work I have bled and bled this clutch with 3, 16 ounce bottles of fluid. The pedal to pushrod bushing is good. There is slight play in the pedal assembly bushings. And it has the adapter plate already installed to prevent the fire wall flex issue. I'm at my wits end and don't know what to do. Please help.

Are you sure you have the correct clutch and pressure plate?

I bought a new clutch from gripforce on eBay and what they sent me was incorrect, my clutch fork would only move 1/8 max with the pedal fully depressed.
