Clutch Release problems...... please help

I have a 95 f-350 Power stroke, ZF 5 speed. My issue has been the clutch not releasing and trouble getting into gear especially reverse.
I first installed a new slave cylinder, (didnt fix) then a clutch master cylinder, (didnt fix) then I dropped the tranny installed new clutch kit turned the flywheel ( Solid flywheel not the dual mass) and installed a new clutch fork has the old one was pretty worn.

I basically have a new clutch system...... It doesnt seem like Im getting enough stroke out of the clutch pedal to release the clutch. I have at least 3 to 4 inches of free play. When I do get into first gear I have less then a half inch from the floor before the clutch engages but cant get into reverse just grinds away. I have bled the slave into Im blue in the face....... Im probly over looking something pretty simple.
Thank in advance for your help

I`ve read on here that to bleed the clutch system properly you need the slave cylinder off its mounting and the cylinder turned round so the bleed screw is at the highest point. Also check the clutch pedal mounting for play and check that the firewall is not flexing when you press the pedal all the way down.
