wiper motor or wiper switch

Good evening. Wipers are not working in the truck. Before I start throwing parts at it, I want to figure out if it's the switch or the motor. I got the below schematic from the technical stickies and this is where I'm at for power at the switch.
The red wire has power when the switch is in the off position.
The green-black washer pump has power when I push the switch in and I hear the pump.
The orange wire has power with the switch on so does the white-black. The blue wire has no power at any point.
I'm moving to the wipers motor but it's kinda tight in there.

Truck is a 1978 F250 351M single cab

I think the blue wire may be to park the wipers but I don't know. Still wiggling to test the motor

Did you just get the truck? Did they recently fail? Check the wires leaving the switch with a volt meter, with the switch in various positions. Intermittent or two-speed wipers?

2 speed. Test light has light. Going to grab volt meter.
Both should be 12v right and idea on amps it should draw?

Volt meter is inoperable it got wet.....
My brother used the truck 2 years ago and said it worked, I am just starting to fix it up.
