After market billet grill
I posted this in the Super Duty section but I've gotten zero response so I thought I'd try here too.
I took a rock or bird or something in my grill - I have a 2-inch hole in one of the plastic honeycomb grill pieces. I figure this is a good excuse to swap in a billet one, which I've wanted to do for a while anyway.
Anyone else here done a billet grill install? I've seen prices as low as $70 (for units which require me to Dremel away my stock plastic innards from the shell and then screw in the billet replacement) to $300-400 ones on eBay and Amazon.
Cost is always a concern (I don't like to spend more than I need to...), but quality is of equal concern.
I'm open to suggestions/recommendations.
