2004 F250 6.0L No Start

I have a 2004 f250 6.0L I just recently replaced the oil cooler and egr and the oil filter adapter since mine broke. It all started when I had an oil leak. I determined that part of the leak was the O ring on the oil return pipe from the turbo. Now that the truck is back together I went to start it. I got the truck to run for a few seconds. but it never cycled to full idea before it died. Not its leaking oil and will not start. the DTC I got were P0113 P0603 P1000. any help

Did you check out the MAF as I suggested in your other post?

I will tomorrow as I work until late tonight but I had it plugged in and unplugged nothing ever changed but I will try to wiggle it some more when I get home and see what happens.
