97 F350 CC rear door lock

It's been a while since I had my door panels off ('97 F-250 CC, so should be same as yours), but I don't remember any major difference between the front and rear doors. Both had everything pretty well buried and you just have to snake an arm in through whatever hole you can. It's not easy to get at anything, but it always ended up being possible somehow.
Oh, now that I think a little more, I'm pretty sure that both front and rear have a metal panel that's riveted on. You need to drive the center pin out of the rivets, then drill them out with a 1/4" drill. You can either put the panel back in with pop rivets (the easiest if you have a big enough rivet puller) or bolts (a lot harder to get all of the nuts started, but doesn't require drilling them back out the next time).
