How would I go with a leveling kit for my truck ??

I have a 95 4x4 powerstroke Dana 50 I think and it isn't a straight axel . How would I go with doing a 2 inch leveling kit I'm not sure I don't want to mess anything up any advise ?

You can do an add-a-leaf deal to bring the front up a little bit. Just understand that because the axle pivots in the middle, your tires will go from this ||o|| to this \\o// as the axle gets pushed away from the truck. I would think added camber bushings would correct this if it's too much of a problem.

No struts on these trucks. They're shocks. XL9000 Rancho's have adjustable shock valving, so the truck will handle loads better (turn shock setting up) yet still ride plush when empty (turn shock setting down), but they're not load bearing. You need to either add a leaf to the pack (then deal with camber) or add springs with more arch (then deal with camber).

87' K5 would have a solid axle, so no adjustment of the camber would have been needed. If that was stressful for ya, you should leave your truck stock, especially if it is already aligned well.
