Evolution CTS 6.0 Speedometer Calibration Questions

Can anyone confirm if you can recalibrate the speedo and odometer for larger tires with this unit?

There is a spot to change the size but I think it only changes it in the edge unit and doesn't recalibrate the stuff in the dash?

My sizes are close so it's real hard to tell?

Worse case I will call in the a.m.

Thanks guys, Joe

I'm running an Edge CTS Evolution on my '04 and it does not change the dash speedo. There is an option to display "corrected speed" on the Edge display that does display accurate speed - as compared to my GPS, but I haven't found a way to make it change the factory speedo readout to match my bigger tires.

Not that it helps with the Edge, but anyone that has AE can recalibrate for you.

On my 05' I can only get her to program for 33.4" tires anything above and the truck won't start.

I don't think the Edge changes the odometer either - but if that's the case I'm going a little farther than the odometer says with the larger tires on. I guess I'm ok with that.

The Edge CTS does not reprogram the vehicle speedometer only gives a corrected "gauge" on the Edge CTS gauge screen.
