Saw this F5 Marmon Harrington today

In Langdon, North Dakota next to the Dairy Queen on Highway 5...

No for sale sign on it, but it looks pretty nice.

Wow...that is sweet. Unfortunately for us east coasters, those are seen less frequently than unicorns! Thanks for the pics!

Dang Joe, your on a road trip without me?

That has the exact same looking highway trailer co utility box from Wisconsin as my 53 c600 mh has.
Although mine is missing the drill rig. Im guessing that one probably has the mh auxilliary trans pto to power that drill.

Did you get any pictures underneath.
Neat truck thanks for posting it.

Edit. Love the door logo.does it say "live better farm better" ?

I guess a dozen years ago I hauled my first M-H home from ND. Seems a good number spent their working lives there. Between utilities, mining, and ranching it stands to reason. Back then 1952henry and I swapped many emails trying to figure out if my truck was one of a group purchased by ranchers, including his own truck, that he new of when growing up around Williston, ND. I don't think we ever did figure out whether it was or not. Stu

I didn't get pics underneath. I did look under and it appears to have everything there.

Yes, the logo says "Live Better Farm Better".

No, this trip has been to visit relatives in ND so far. We're headed to MN tomorrow and then on to a wedding in WI before we head for home.

We have met wives and families of my nephews so far, will meet my niece's kids tomorrow and meet a bunch of new "relatives" at the wedding. This trip is long overdue, but I couldn't do it until I retired.

I was thinking of you and Josh when I took the pics.

I don't know if it runs or drives, but it looks like it has not been parked there a long time. My brother in law said if it was for sale it would have a sign. I said everything is for sale for the right offer.

I also saw a really cool fire truck on the roadside, but we were headed out and didn't stop to look at it (I wasn't driving).

I was wondering how you avoided wrecking when you saw this. So if you weren't driving, did you just jump out of the vehicle or did you convince the driver to stop?

Very cool truck.

We were stopping at the Dairy Queen for ice cream. The truck was next door... I would have taken more pics but everyone was waiting for me before they went inside the DQ.
