Compression check now won't start

Just wondering what I may have broken ? Did a compression check on one car then moved on to my truck 92 f 150 5.0. So, did the same thing as the car, took the wires going to the coil - disconnect incoming and coil wire to distributor, removed all plugs and performed test. Turned out good, between 150 and 165 on all the cylinders. Put it all back together and now it won't fire, cranks just fine.

So, what did I forget or mess up in the process ?

I got it. Contacts for the electrical connection into Coil needed cleaning ..... since I only touched a couple things, it didn't make logical sense something else should go, but you never know ..... sometimes it's just not your day ....
