Welcome to FTE.
Use your ELM, scantool, code reader, to look for engine computer trouble codes & post All code Number clues. If you don't have one, most autoparts stores will scan for codes at no charge if your CEL is on, or flashing, some will scan if your having problems without a lit CEL.
Why did you replace the plugs, wires & coilpack??? Was it plug & wire replacement time, or did they test bad????
On the old plugs, did you do a plug deposit "read" & if so, did any plug/s look different & if so, how did it look different, as that info can offer up clues on how that cyl was behaving.
As has been suggested, a number of things can cause engine misfire, spark plugs, wires, coilpack, fuel injectors, sticking or burned valves are some that come to mind.
If you don't have any trouble codes stored, but have, or can come by a scantool like the Actron CP9145, ect, that can perform a cyl balance test, that test could suggest which cyl/s has a problem. If no joy on the cyl balance test, hook up the scantool & go for a drive that'll cause it to misfire & the tool should store that info clue in memory that you can access after your test drive.
Under load misfire is usually spark related, like excessive plug gap, cracked internal/external ceramic insulator, plug wire insulation, contact, or conductor problems.
Just because the plugs, wires & coilpack are new doesn't automatically make them good, make them prove themselves by testing. Maybe consider a "wet down test" with a spray bottle of water at night with the engine at warm idle. Wet each plug, plug wire all the way back to the coilpack, then the coilpack, looking for a arcs & sparks light show.
More trouble shooting thoughts for consideration, let us know what you find.
