2015 F250 body roll issues.

<hr style="color:#ffffff; background-color:#ffffff" size="1"> Fellow bloggers, I have a 2012 F350 6.7 Lariat Ultimate, but that's not my topic here for today, I just purchased a 2015 F250 CC,SB, Gas engine for my work truck, it's an XL, has snow plow package, and camper suspension package, stock shocks, 17" wheels, stabilizer in in the rear.

Here is my issue, first of all I was driving the truck for the first time on the Interstate, this truck has body roll, if I move the wheel slightly left then right, the whole truck shifts back and forth while the wheels are straight, I find this scary, heck my 2012 drives like a race car, with this piece of schit I'm afraid I'm going to roll it without trying. So here are my questions, is this normal?, the truck has 46 miles on it, what can I do to stiffen up this truck, a buddy say get Bilsteins, or an air suspension, I want opinions to solve this new trucks issues. I checked the air pressures in the tires.

thanks!

I have a 15 F250, solid as a rock on the highway, or for that matter, everywhere else. Think Something is missing?

I had similar behavior in my 2015 also. Took it to the dealer (early) with a steering wander complaint and they aligned the wheels. Turned out the caster was off from the factory. The truck is very stable on the freeway at high speeds since the alignment.

Mine settled down after I let some air out of the tires. Dealer delivered the truck with 80lbs all around.

If you have the Camper package, your truck should have the rear sway bar. Unloaded, my F-250 Crew Cab, long bed, 4x4 has almost no body roll unless I purposely try to toss it around corners. Even then the traction/sway control kicks in and makes the truck behave.

Take it back to the dealer and have them check the steering and align it.

Align it and get some bilstiens from the shock warehouse. Be advised it will not ride quite as smooth though.

Take it in to get checked out. I have a '15 crew cab 6.2 and the body roll that you speak of is nonexistant. If I toss it I can make it, but it's not there under normal conditions.

I sent my complaints to the Dealer I purchased it, NO feedback, I need to go over his head and checkout the problem, on another issue, I ordered Cab clearance lights and upfitters with this truck, not on it. This is a Government truck, I got the shaft on this one!

Sounds like a possible sway or track bar problem. Hard to believe on a brand-new truck, but stranger things have happened.

You definitely should bring it back to the dealer for them to look at.

Just picked up a 2015 F-250 Crew cab short bed myself. I took a 150 mile round trip and notice the same thing on the highway. It's going back to the dealer on Monday for the paint and interior treatment, and now for the wondering problem.

I will check the tire pressure and take a good look around for anything else that may be loose.

Good morning, folks!

I want to make sure you're absolutely in love with your new trucks. Send me a PM with your details and I'll get it into the hands of your regional customer service managers; they'll work with your dealers to ensure your concerns are resolved. In your message, please include your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, current mileage, and servicing dealership.

Crystal

Mine was simply low tire pressure! Air up to correct pressure and the wondering went away.
