2006 6.0 222k on it

Just trying to fix her up before I take her to lower 48 for the next few years. Here's what I got going so far:
Coolant bypass lines
Oil bypass lines
MBRP straight pipe
Edge CTS programmer
-yes I tune it with that, no I don't have problems in Extreme, she gets up and goes just fine.
Boost never goes above 35
Just curious, as to what is causing my sputtering engine, it has either glow plug connector fault to cylinder 2 and 7 or the glow plugs are actually bad, the firing order starts with 2 and 7 so I'm guessing it's the connectors but I'm getting the glow plugs tested soon before I go spend money I don't need to. But it sputters when I floor it. Or even if I go 3/4 of the way down. It's like skipping almost. Just changed fuel filters oil filters and oil, plus coolant and oil bypass filters. Not to sure what's causing it. Any advice? Oh and the only codes thrown are for the glow plug circuits I'm cylinder 2 and 7 but it sputters whether it's cold or hot. FICM varies between 47 and 48. Fuel injector seem fine from the percentages they give out. Oh and another small issue, is my back right tire leaks break fluid? Looked but can't seem to find any issues with the lines? SMH. Oh and no the EGR is not deleted, but EGTEs have been high since the exhaust was installed. Haven't cleaned EGR valve in a while will do this following pay check though. Any help will be appreciated thanks.

An 06 with a stock EGR cooler and headbolts boosting 35 psi = High risk of blowing headgaskets. No Bueno.
