any long term thoughts on Dorman exhaust manifolds?

think i've talked myself into replacing the passenger manifold, and I can get the Dorman part for 65 bucks.. but i don't want to be doing it again in a year. how are these manifolds holding up for you guys? also read a review that the gaskets that come with them aren't great and to run Felpro. i plan on replacing all the studs with new studs as well.

I use Dorman manifolds quite often and have had no problems
They all warp and crack
The Dorman ones seem to hold up as well as the OEM ones do

Yes you will need a gasket on either manifold you choose
The factory no gasket thing is for new heads and a new manifold
Then they can warp together
When you replace a manifold later on a used head you will need a gasket

I put Dormans on my '04 4.6 when I yanked out the engine during the first two months of the covid lockdowns... The truck developed cold-start exhaust leaks elsewhere, but it's all still nice and sealed where the manifolds mate to the heads. As much as I hate a lot of the Dorman stuff, I gotta say that these pieces weren't bad at all. At least so far.
