Would be nice to have better pictures of what to do with the foil inside the stator...The text write up is not clear..

forgot the best part as I still have to do the other door, when the stator is out you will see a small flat maybe 1/2'' x1/2'' x1/16'' plate it sits in the plastic piece of the stator take it out and add a small piece of Alumum foil at the bottom to build it up slightly you will see the contacts go just below that stuff it in then add the plate back on top spin the stator and ( note there are two small washers on the stator shaft these go behind the Brushes in the plastic piece ).

Fold the Foil up to the size of the slot, its really meant to bring the Resister up with contact , sorry it was getting late and fuzzy with the camera, you can see the nail pointing to the Aluminum piece stuffed in the slot( barely) I'll see if I saved anymore pics of the project.

So there is a slot in the plastic stator that contains a metal plate. Pull out the metal plate, stick 1 layer of foil in the slot, then put the metal plate back in...reassemble

Yes sir, before you button it all back up turn the gears to make sure nothing is binding , I used two zip ties to fasten the outer housings together
