Cummins swap f600 4x4

Hi guy's, having trouble getting into my build thread. Keep getting a Parse Error?? Maybe someone can help me?

In the mean time we are making good progress on the build. I'm starting to think about motors. I have a 460 that has very low mileage. I thought this would be a no brainer! Not a huge horsepower motor but a torque monster ?? I
keep getting ask if I'm gonna do a cummins swap. Is this a simple swap? Do they make a bel housing that will facilitate this? I don't want to get into changing the complete drive line. Am I better off just keeping the 460? Would love to hear your thoughts.

Fun with big tires just like the picture, thought I would share it.

I wouldn't call it an easy swap. Page through my thread below to get an idea of what your looking at.

Easy is relative. I thought it was pretty simple to put a 5.9 into my Bronco.

It's an engine; it's designed to be in a vehicle. The rest is just semantics.

Ease depends a little on your point of view

It wasn't all that bad. You can page through my build as well. There's LOT'S of detaild pics/info out there. Like CO's thread, a lot of GOOD info there. I borrowed quite a few of his ideas and he answered quite a few of my questions.

I've been daily driving mine for about 4 weeks now, still have a few things to wrap up.

For a large truck like that I think a Cummins swap would be beneficial.

I agree, cummins swap is probably beneficial. Defiantly cool. I'll read through both your threads and do some looking around for motors. The 460 has under 7k miles on it. Looks ugly but purrs like a kitten.
