Does the front axle have leaf springs (which is an F-250) or coil springs (which is an F-100)? Also check the vin on the warranty plate on the left door under the door striker. And check the vin located on top of the frame under the right side door and report back. You might have a swapped cab and doors on a different 4wd frame.

Thank you all! I'm thinking that the doors and/or cab were swapped out. The front axle has a enclosed knuckles with leaf springs. Divorced transfer case.
Here are the rest of the pictures that I have.
I don't necessarily agree with the asking price of $4000.
I know that the 460 didn't start appearing until a few years later.

F10 = F100 2WD / H = 390 2V / K = Kansas City MO Assembly Plant / P07636 = 1972.
F350's with factory installed 4WD were not available until 1979.
460's were not available with 4WD and a M/T until 1983 (F250/350 only). All previous 460's were only available with the C6.
1963/79: Warranty Plate riveted to the left door face below the door latch.
Beginning in 1970: Safety Standard Certification Label (pic in post 1) glued to the B pillar below the striker plate.
