Ever wonder what the inside of the EBPS looks like. So did I, so when i replace mine today on truck with 169K miles, suspect it original, i broke it open.

actually not much to see, looks like a processor chip and stuff..

BOREING.. but real high tech stuff for sure..

No I've never wondered what it looked like inside one, but now that I've seen it, I'm almost surprised we don't see more problems out of them.

There's more hi-tech in that sensor than there was in my entire first truck.

 

Computerized vehicles seem way more reliable than the typical desktop or laptop computer. I am constantly surprised that my truck starts and runs every time with no hangups like a typical computer.
