I have a 1997 OBS PSD that I have done a lot to improve engine performance, problem is that when I get into the throttle about 75% it sounds like im burning the tires, but I sense its the trans slipping, just had trans rebuilt with stage three shift kit, new clutches (5 as opposed to four) problem is not as bad but still present. I have a banks kit with the transcommand.

 

also eliminated ebpv and installed upgraded turbo cartridge, the condition happens at above 10 # of boost
