Copper washers for injector install

So I want to get some spare copper washers (the ones that come in the fuel return line kit) to have on hand. I plan on swapping around injectors some and I don't want to order a second return line kit just for the washers (especially since I am not using the hose or the o-rings).

So does anyone know what the specs are supposed to be on the washers?

As long as it fits in the bore and on the injector, it should work. It just gets squishes till it fills up the cracks anyway...
I've re-used the washers a few times and had no problems -- the bore was still clean; no carbon.

If the washer leaks(or your injector wasn't torqued down right), you'll get the entire bore filled with carbon in short order... which isn't the end of the world either -- it's just a pain to clean when it comes time to swap out that injector again.

I need to have a bunch made, Id like to start including them in with all the injectors, but they are a weird size. Ill have to look into having a bunch made by a specialty washer company.

What about annealing the old ones and reusing them? I've had good luck with copper washers on brake calipers doing this.
