looking for clutch fork (number dummy?)

Hey all, recently bought a 4 speed toploader trans to put in my '65 f100 behind a 390 based engine I'm building.
Numbers for trans are HEH-CC, then 012544 below that. It has the 1 3/8 input shaft compared to the 1 1/16.
Because of this, no parts from my 3.03 trans will fit except hopefully the bell housing. Im fairly confident I can get the clutch kit at my local auto parts store, but I'm having a problem locating a new clutch fork..any help?
I have the one for the 3.03, but like u said it won't fit due to the different shaft size.

There's nothing that I can do for you. You are installing a Ford 4 speed top loader in a truck that never came with it originally.

The HEH-CC trans is from a 1965/66, but the car parts catalog doesn't specify which engine or which Passenger Car this trans was used with.

None of the clutch linkage and bell housings used in F100/350's are the same as cars.

I had a feeling this was going to be more difficult than anticipated.
From what I read, it came out of a '65-'66 Galaxie, but when I go to order galaxie parts, it shows 1 1/16 inch stuff, and no clutch fork.

The entire assembly is simple enough that I can modify it to work, I just need to find a fork that will fit the larger throwout bearing

Check with David Kee Toploaders or Dan Williams Toploaders, both specialize in fitting, repairing the Toploader.

Left parts catalog pic = Scroll down to 7515: Here are the three different clutch forks (clutch release levers) used in Galaxie/LTD in 1965 & 1966.

The clutch fork you have now (C3AZ-7515-C) is approx. 12" long, was used in 1963/64 Galaxie 406/427, 1965/69 F100/350's (all I-6 & V8) and 1966/69 Bronco 289/302.

The problem is, the car FE bell housings are different than the FE F100/350's.

Right parts catalog pic: 4 speed top loader input shafts (7017).

Thanks for the info Bill.
Right now I'm tempted to buy a jegs/summit fork that accepts a 1 3/8 throw out bearing and shimmy that in somehow.
Or get creative and fab up my own.

Out of curiosity (and directed towards everyone reading including Bill) I'm wondering if I could use a passenger car bell housing, what's different about them?

If the FE car bell housing would work, why would FoMoCo go thru the trouble of engineering an FE truck specific bell housing?

Take a look-see at post 5 again, I edited in a coupla car parts catalog pics.

Alright here is what I found using the aftermarket.
Jegs has a fork, PN 601151, and Mcleod has one PN 16935
I'm going to head out and do some other measurements in the bellhousing, but hopefully one of these will be the money for me.
