Got the steering hooked up. Need to find a new stock turbo.. Pretty sure this one is from a 24v and works great but it doesn't unbolt between the cool and hot side which I need in order to be able to rotate the cool side so the out take to the turbo to the intercooler has a straight path.. It's that of I go through by inner fender and I don't want that.. Anyone got a good working turbo that wants to trade or sell? The reason this one won't rotate is because the relief attaches to both the coool and hot side..

Ya, only 100 miles for me to go check it out but I haven't had "extra" money for trips like that, beside most things are plentiful enough around here I haven't had the need.

Yes. Best budget turbo out there by far. I was actually going to suggest that you look into one when I saw the picture of your HX35. The HE351CW (stock from an 04.5 to 07) will spool a smidgen faster and cool a fair bit better.

Got the old core support, radiator, and air to air up to fugure out fitting. Using the old core support for fitting so I don't chop up the good one.

I was surprised with how well the air to air fit between the core support and grill. Only two tabs that hold the grill inserts have to be bent up and re drilled for the screws!

We cut the latch bracket off and we're going to build a custom one that will clear the intercooler. I've heard people having tons of problems with the hood latch system on these builds, I don't think it will be a problem on this build.

Got the radiator back. You can see where I had the radiator inlets swapped so the hoses would connect much easier.

For the upper radiator hose I went and bought a new stock 97 dodge cummins hose and cut it now to fit

The accelerator pedal was easy! Did what a lot of other guys on this forum do in these conversions. Picked up a universal throttle cable and the end of the pedal connected perfectly.
