Someone posted a comment with the same message on the Youtube. Honestly I would have reacted the same way, at that point the damage was already done. No point freaking out over it.

In other news, are you excited for some snow Robb?

A 3 in X 30 ft strap will run you around $45 at any quality 4 wheel drive shop or off the web. Make sure they are 10,000 lbs per inch, I have seen cheaper versions when you read down the fine print. We have a 6 in strap here on the farm, I also have 4inch and 3 inch straps.

They will cut if you go against a sharp object and do deteriorate if left in the elements.

Oh man, I've been down on a project in Wallingford, CT for the last 6 months M-F (actually, I drive right through Union!). Luckily, my company puts me up in a hotel during the week so I won't be commuting far.

I cranked the heat up in the house since no one will be there in hopes of keeping the pipes from freezing. I did a fuel stop the other day and have 25 gallons of fuel ready for my generator when I get back Friday, seeing as we probably won't have power when I get back. It was hilarious watching people buy perishable food in the grocery store last night. I just needed a few items to re-stock my zombie apocalypse stash

You ready for it?

It's good they put you in a hotel, having to deal with Hartford traffic every day would make a long drive worse!

I'm in pretty good shape. I use an ATV with a plow to clear my driveway and a snow blower as a backup. Both have gas, and today I'm buying some shear bolts for the blower just in case. Generator is filled up, and I'm looking forward to the snow day tomorrow!
