Diesel Additives
Hi everyone,
Still being new we wanted to make it clear that we do work for the manufacturers of STA-BIL® and Diesel Power!®.
We are just trying to find out how/if you use diesel additives. There are several options and you may select more than one.
In addition to the poll questions, do you prefer a bottle you can get multiple uses out of or would you prefer a "pour 'n go" type of bottle? Any feedback is GREATLY appreciated.
Have a great day!

i currently have 2 diesels, sold the other 5 when i closed down the business.
a 1988 7.3 IDI with banks turbo, and a 2002 7.3 powerstroke.
i add one pint of either diesel kleen or NAPA brand MAC 9600 every third tankfull, whichever i grab off the shelf.
for gasoline, i use 1 oz marine Sta-Bil and 1 oz regular Sta-Bil per 5 gallons of gas.
this mixture will enable the garbage ethanol mix they call gasoline these days store for over a year without turning bad.
i am doing a test with a one gallon container to see how long it will stay useable.
currently it is 18 months and still smells good, no hint of varnish odor or changing color. .
