Newbee w/ diesel
Hello fellow members, I just purchased a used F-450 with a 7.3 Diesel. I had an F-350 with gas power and I understood that one pretty well. This diesel business is very mysterious so I figured joining here may be a source of good information. This F-450 has a 5 inch exhaust system and stickers under the hood referring to the "AIRAID" components installed. I don't think its all Ford stuff.

Hi Jim, I see you`re in the excavation landscape business, same as I`m in.
Congrats on your new ride, the F-450/7.3 Diesel makes for an excellent all round work truck.
As far as for the "AIRAID" components I have no idea, try the 1999 - 2003 7.3L Power Stroke Diesel forum: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum31/
